I. Terms

The Administrator is the operator of websites, online services and other projects on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as “Services”), grouped on the website In operating the Services, the Administrator processes personal data of natural persons.

Personal data are identifiers communicated by the user (data subject) to the Administrator and which, alone or in combination with other identifiers, are capable of identifying a specific data subject.

For the purposes of this Policy, a data subject is a natural person whose data is processed by the Administrator in the operation of the Services.

Processing of personal data means a single act or set of acts that systematically occurs in the handling of personal data. This includes, in particular, their collection, arrangement, storage, retrieval, use, sorting and classification in databases, blocking, etc.

A processor is a natural or legal person who has been entrusted by the Administrator with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified by the Administrator.

The legal framework governing the Administrator’s processing of personal data is pursuant to Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and pursuant to Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.


II. Purpose of the processing of personal data 

1. The purpose of the processing of personal data is the use of the Services provided by the Administrator.

2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is a concluded contract, order or consent granted by the data subjects.

3. Email newsletters and other email messages are sent by the Administrator only on the basis of a special consent granted in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, to send email messages (newsletters), in the case of its customers who have already used the Services of the Administrator, then within the legal possibilities provided for in Act No. 480/2004 Coll.

4. The Administrator processes personal data to the extent to which they have been provided to the user and only for the above purposes (purchase of goods or services / conclusion of a contract, further use of the Services and sending information in the form of email newsletters).

5. The Administrator uses cookies in the operation of its website, their purpose and use is governed by the rules for the processing of cookies, which the user is familiar with in the cookie bar, where he gives consent to the processing of his personal data when using cookies, and in the rules published by the Administrator for these purposes in accordance with the actual use of cookies.

III. Retention period of personal data

The Administrator keeps the personal data communicated for the following period:

a) In the case of a contractual relationship, for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the following 5 years after its termination, in particular with regard to the requirements of the National Programme of Security Training in Civil Aviation of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “NPBV”) and the National Programme of Quality Management of Security Measures to Protect Civil Aviation of the Czech Republic from Unlawful Acts (hereinafter referred to as “NPK”), as well as due to the possible requirement for the issuance of duplicate documents or other claims of the contracting parties.

b) For a period of 3 years from the last use of the service by the user.

c) Until the withdrawal of the consent or similar action of the user withdrawing the possibility of the processing of his personal data by the Administrator.

IV. Rights of data subjects

The Administrator guarantees data subjects the following rights in particular in relation to the processing of personal data, which are based on the GDPR:

1. Data subjects have the right to access their personal data. They also have the right to have their personal data rectified and/or completed or erased, or, where applicable, to request the restriction of the processing of their personal data, as well as the right not to be subject to automated individualized decision-making (including profiling).

2. Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data.

3. Data subjects have the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

4. Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. To withdraw consent, the Administrator recommends using the following contact email:

V. Final provisions

1. The Administrator uses the following processors for the processing of data for the purposes defined above:

2. The Administrator does not transfer personal data outside EU countries in the course of its activities.

3. The Administrator reserves the right to change them in the event of changes on the part of the Administrator or legal regulation in this area.
