On November 20, 2019, the 13th International Aviation Safety & Security Conference was held at Václav Havel Airport Prague, specifically the section focused on protection against illegal acts. Also, this year, was focused on the current threats in civil aviation, as well as the issue of returning people from the Islamic state back to their countries and the implementation of modern trends in the field of security measures.
Mr. Philip Baum, a leading Civil Aviation Security Expert, introduced to the participants the obstacles to putting human behavioural analysis into practice and how to overcome it.
Another interesting point of the conference was the contribution of Mr. Wilfried Coven, who presented the project of employing people with an autism at Zaventem airport in Brussels, as Security Officers evaluating X-ray images.
